How can I tell if your website is secure?
All Wix sites (including Russ Johnson Photography) include the HTTPS and SSL protocols, which ensure the communication between you and this site is completely secure. Any data travelling between you and this site stays encrypted, so it's a safe browsing experience for all.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as payment through PayPal. If you would prefer to pay via direct credit, please contact us for details.
What happens after I place my Order?
Once an order is received and payment is confirmed we will prepare a digital file containing your image and upload it direct to our print partners. Your image will be placed into production and when completed it will be dispatched direct to you from our print partner.
What quality of Paper do you use?
All images produced by Russ Johnson Photography are printed on the highest quality paper. Our chosen Fine Art Paper for your image is from ILFORD. We use a 100% cotton rag – matt cotton Sonora. With no optical brighteners, premium heavy weight quality (320gsm) and excellent image stability. GALERIE smooth Sonora will meet all your requirements for the very best in fine art print production.
Can I choose a different size other than what is listed on your website?
Yes, we offer a number of size options for unframed and professionally framed prints. We would love you to reach out and discuss your requirements.
How will my Print be packed for delivery?
Unframed Prints will be placed into a protective sleeve, rolled and packed securely into a heavy-duty postage tube for delivery. This applies to all deliveries within Australia and outside of Australia.
Framed Prints for delivery within Australia are meticulously wrapped and padded then secured in custom made packaging to avoid any damage during transit. **Please note we do not ship framed prints to areas outside of Australia**
Do you deliver Australia wide?
(Australian Customers) Yes, all orders for framed and unframed prints within Australia are dispatched from our Print Partner in Queensland directly to you. A tracking number will be assigned to you upon dispatch.

(International Customers) All orders for unframed prints only for delivery outside of Australia will also be dispatched from our Print Partner in Queensland. **Please be aware that any duties or import taxes payable that may apply to your order are to be paid by you directly to your local authority or Postal Service and is not the responsibility of Russ Johnson Photography** A tracking number will be assigned to you upon dispatch.
Can I purchase a ready-made frame for my print?
The image sizes on this website are compatible with ready-made frames available in most retail outlets. At Russ Johnson Photography we believe that beautiful and high-quality art should be available to all who desire it. NOTE **If you choose to purchase a ready-made frame and the print is damaged whilst placing it into the frame, Russ Johnson Photography will not be held liable.
Can I have my prints Professionally framed?
We offer a range of framing options and sizes from stylish matt black timber frames with white matt boards to white frames and matt boards as well as recycled timber frames. Our frames are 100% timber and professionally handcrafted by our print partner in Queensland. If you’re looking for something really special, please reach out and let us help make your vision a reality.
How long will it take for my Print to arrive?
For unframed prints please allow 5 business days plus delivery and for professionally handcrafted framed prints please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production plus delivery. Delivery and Production times can extend during peak periods such as Christmas and Easter. If this occurs, we will endeavour to contact you and keep you informed.
How do I care for my Print.
Your image has been printed on high quality fine art paper. It is delicate and can be easily damaged through mishandling. We recommend that if you do handle the image, you do so by holding it carefully by the white border around the print so as to avoid fingerprints and natural oils from skin coming into contact with the print itself. All prints are carefully inspected by our print partner as part of their high standards in quality control and Russ Johnson Photography will not be responsible for damage that occurs after receipt of your print.
What happens if my print arrives in a damaged condition.
Sometimes accidents do happen and if your print arrives in damaged packaging only but the print itself is undamaged there is no reason or obligation upon Russ Johnson Photography to replace the image. If the packaging and print are both damaged you will need to contact us immediately and supply us with documented evidence of damage such as an original photo of the damage to the print and packaging. We will then work with you to arrange a replacement free of charge.
