1. Subscription Period;

 

• The subscription period options available are 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. 

• The subscription period begins on the date of the first image delivery to the business premises.

 

2. Image Delivery and Installation;

 

• Russ Johnson Photography will deliver High-Definition Aluminium prints to the Business Premises at a time convenient to both parties. 

• Hanging of Aluminium prints can be carried out by Russ Johnson Photography OR the business owner if they wish to do so.

• The initial installation will occur within 2 business days of Russ Johnson Photography receiving your made to order print and the commencement of the agreed subscription period.

• Images will be swapped monthly with new images during the subscription period.

Russ Johnson Photography will take all reasonable care to ensure images are securely hung and maintained throughout the subscription period. 

 

3. Subscription Fees;

 

• Subscription fees are payable on a weekly or monthly basis.

• Subscribers can choose their preferred payment frequency at the time of subscription.

• Payments will be automatically deducted from the subscribers nominated payment method.

• Subscribers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for payment. 

• During a subscription period, if a subscriber wishes to purchase an image on display at the business premises, any monies paid through the subscription for that image will be deducted from the retail price of the image. 

• If a subscriber wishes to sell an image on display at the business premises to a customer or client, they must notify Russ Johnson Photography who will facilitate the sale and the subscriber shall be entitled to one (1) full calendar month free of subscription fees. 

 

4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation;

 

• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless cancelled by the subscriber.

• Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current subscription period.

• No refunds will be provided for early cancellation. 

 

5. Image Selection and Customisation;
 

• Russ Johnson Photography will curate a selection of images for each monthly swap based on the subscriber’s preferences and business requirements.

• Customisation options are available upon request, and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights;
 

• The images provided under the subscription service remain the property of Russ Johnson Photography.

• Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive license to display the images solely within their business premises.

• Images must not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes without prior consent from Russ Johnson Photography.

 

7. Liability; 
 

• Russ Johnson Photography will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or installation of the images, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

 

8. Termination;
 

• Russ Johnson Photography reserves the right to terminate a subscription and remove images from the subscriber’s premises in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms and conditions. 

 

9. Governing Law;

 

• These terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms;

 

• By subscribing to Russ Johnson Photography’s corporate image subscription service, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
